Heart Survivor Coaching helps cardiac survivors β and the people who love them β rebuild confidence, reclaim identity, and move forward with purpose after a life-changing cardiac event.

On March 15th 2022, I experienced Open Heart Surgery at the age of 22.
What no one tells you is that surviving is only the first chapter.
After the hospital, after the surgery, after the "you're lucky to be alive" β there's a long, quiet stretch where no one has a roadmap for you. You're supposed to be grateful. You're supposed to bounce back. But inside, you're terrified, grieving the person you were before, and completely alone in it.
I looked for someone who had been where I was. Someone who understood what it actually feels like to hear a defibrillator fire, to wake up from surgery, to wonder if your heart is going to betray you again. I couldn't find that person.
So I became that person.
Heart Survivor Coaching is the one-on-one support I wish I'd had.
And you're struggling to find your footing in the aftermath.
A cardiac condition has entered the picture and you don't know how to process what comes next.
Who you were before and who you are now feel like different people.
Scared, angry, or lost β and the people around you don't quite understand.
You want to live with purpose again β but you don't know where to start.
Your cardiologist monitors your physical recovery. Your family loves you and worries. But no one in that ecosystem is trained to help you with the psychological and emotional weight of surviving a cardiac event.
The fear of it happening again. The grief over activities you've given up. The guilt of feeling like a burden. The anger at a body that "betrayed" you. The strange loneliness of being surrounded by people who are glad you're alive but can't truly understand what you went through.
These aren't signs of weakness. They're the unaddressed half of cardiac recovery β and they matter just as much as your ejection fraction.
Heart Survivor Coaching is a 1:1 coaching program for cardiac survivors and their families. It is not therapy. It is not medical advice. It is structured, experienced guidance from someone who has lived what you're living.
What makes this different:
Private 60-minute video or phone sessions tailored to where you are in your journey.
In our first session, we map your event, your challenges, and your goals.
Between sessions, you can reach me directly on Voxer β a free voice messaging app. Send a voice note, get a real response. You're not alone between calls.
This is a structured engagement β not open-ended. Survivors need a bridge, not a lifeline forever.
Heart Survivor Coaching also includes fully customized physical training to aid in your recovery. Every plan is built around your goals for your recovery and your personal comeback β whether that is endurance training, strength training, or simply getting back into shape to do daily activities with your family.
Build back your stamina β from your first walk around the block to crossing a finish line again.
Regain the muscle and confidence that surgery and recovery can take from you, safely and progressively.
Get back to doing daily life with your family β the stairs, the yard, the kids β without fear or fatigue.
Your training is always cleared with your medical team and paced to where your heart and body are today β never pushed past what is safe.
I'm currently accepting my first founding clients β a small group of survivors who will receive my full attention and help shape this program from the ground up.
As a founding client, you'll get:
A lower introductory rate (discussed on your call)
Direct access to me between sessions via Voxer
The chance to shape the coaching program as it grows
Spots are limited. If you've been thinking about it β this is the moment.
The application takes 3 minutes. The intro call is free. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you β and I'll point you toward what is.
